Board Member

Wayne is a veteran and served as a linguist, an interrogator, and assistant attaché during the period of the Vietnam War.  He later retired from a career of teaching English in the United States and abroad.  More recently, he lived and worked on the island of Tanna as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Vanuatu.  Wayne currently lives in Central Oregon and is actively involved in Living History programs at the High Desert Museum of Bend.  He was also a field supervisor for the 2010 US Census.  Wayne is a proud member of the Oregon and the Pacific Northwest Golf Associations and travels extensively for tournaments throughout the region when not involved in other volunteer activities.
